*Job Position: Academic and Tarbiyah Head (Female Only) 🖋️*
AlHuda Community Schools is seeking a qualified female candidate for the Academic and Tarbiyah Head position to join our team at the Head Office in Top City.
📍 Location: Head Office (Top City, Islamabad)
🕰️ Work Commitment: Full-time
Qualifications:
✔️Master’s degree or higher
✔️Relevant Course/Diploma from Al Huda Institute is mandatory
✔️Minimum 5 years of extensive experience in management and leadership within the education sector
✔️Relevant experience working for government or welfare schools will be preferred
Key Responsibilities:
✔️Oversee academic programs and ensure adherence to Islamic principles
✔️Develop and standardise academic policies across all campuses
✔️Foster a collaborative environment among branches
✔️Monitor teaching quality and ensure compliance with the Qur’an and Sunnah
✔️Plan and implement staff and student Tarbiyah programs
✔️Conduct evaluations and provide feedback to enhance educational outcomes
✔️Facilitate continuous professional development and training for staff
✔️Able to travel extensively across different branches of ACS
Required Skills:
✅ Strong management and leadership capabilities
✅ Proficiency in problem-solving, analytical thinking, and program development
✅ Excellent interpersonal and presentation skills
✅ Advanced IT skills
✅ Ability to plan and implement comprehensive academic programs
