AlHuda International School is currently seeking a skilled and motivated individual to join our team as a SITE SUPERVISOR. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing and coordinating all aspects of construction projects, including project planning, budgeting, scheduling, and personnel management.
As a site manager, you will be responsible for:
✔️Developing and implementing project plans, schedules, budgets, and objectives
✔️Coordinating and supervising the work of contractors and sub-contractors
✔️Ensuring compliance with safety regulations and building codes
✔️Managing and maintaining project documentation, including progress reports and change orders
✔️Communicating effectively with school management, engineers, and other stakeholders
Location:
📌 Head Office (H-11) whilst spending most of the time at Construction Site
Requirements:
✔️Minimum DAE (Civil) with 5 years of relevant experience
✔️ Males only
✔️ Contractual Position
