Leadership Redefined: Anchored in Values, Guided by Mercy

The AlHuda Leadership Summit 2025 marked a powerful new chapter in our collective journey of faith-driven leadership. Held from 8th to 11th July 2025 at AlHuda International Welfare Foundation, Islamabad, the summit brought together over 75 dedicated leaders from AlHuda International School, AlHuda Community Schools, and Al-Huda International Welfare Foundation.

Centered on the Qur’anic theme: رُحَمَاءُ بَيْنَهُمْ“Merciful Among Themselves”

The four-day event was a spiritually enriching and professionally empowering experience that focused on building sincere, value-driven leadership in today’s fast-changing world.

Day 1 Highlights

The first day featured in-depth presentations of School Improvement Plans by AIS Campus Heads from Islamabad, Karachi, Peshawar, Faisalabad, and Sialkot. These sessions offered a space to celebrate achievements, share challenges, and envision the future — all anchored in our shared Islamic values.

The day concluded with a memorable evening of fellowship and scenic serenity over dinner at the Daman-e-Koh hilltops, amidst breathtaking views of Islamabad.

Days 2–4: Learning & Reflection

The following days were filled with powerful learning experiences including:

  • Thought-provoking talks by esteemed scholars
  • Interactive case studies and hands-on group activities
  • Reflective leadership sessions and panel discussions
  • Congregational Salah and heartfelt spiritual reminders

Participants engaged in deep dialogue over lunch and drew strength from shared prayers — building not just skills, but connections and character.
