🔹 Masters Degree or higher.
🔹 A minimum of 10 years of work experience including extensive teaching experience and at least 5 years of successful leadership position in the Education sector.
🔹 Excellent customer focus and ability to work positively with various stakeholders (students, staff, parents and administrators).
🔹 Up-to-date knowledge of the Educational industry, trends and issues.
🔹 Strong management and leadership skills along with communication skills as exhibited by experience in effectively leading a team and chairing committees/meetings.
🔹 Ability to use abstract reasoning, problem-solving, and analytical skills in training, evaluation, and program development.
🔹 Ability to prioritize, plan and organize.
🔹 Effectively delegating responsibilities, tasks, and monitoring practices to ensure their successful implementation.
🔹 Ability to present a positive image of the school and its ethos.
🔹 Knowledge of IT skills, ability to multi-task and manage time effectively.
🔹 Ability to work for long hours, under pressure and meet deadlines.
