Breathe. Dhikr. Calm.

Anxiety grows when we try to control everything. Peace returns when we remember Who controls everything. Slow down. Say His Name, make your tongue busy in His Zikr.

Let your heart be at peace through His Remembrance.
"Unquestionably, by the remembrance of Allah hearts are assured." (13:28)
