AlHuda Community School is seeking a dynamic and experienced female education professional to lead the school with excellence, strong leadership, and a commitment to integrating Islamic values within academic education.

Eligibility Criteria:

✔️ Master’s degree or higher.
✔️ 5–10 years of professional experience, including at least 5 years in successful leadership roles within the education sector.
✔️ Strong teaching background with expertise in integrating Islamic values into the academic curriculum.
✔️ Exceptional stakeholder management and communication skills, with the ability to foster positive relationships with students, staff, parents, and administration.
✔️ Up-to-date knowledge of educational trends, issues, and developments.
✔️ Strong management, leadership, organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
✔️ Ability to lead teams, chair meetings, and effectively manage training, evaluation, and program development.
✔️ Strong planning, prioritization, delegation, multitasking, and time-management skills.
✔️ Ability to uphold the school’s positive image, ethos, and values.
✔️ Proficiency in IT skills and ability to work effectively under pressure and meet deadlines.
✔️ Graduates of Al-Huda Institute will be preferred.
