โšœ๏ธ The Prophet (๏ทบ) said, “How wonderful is the case of a believer; there is good for him in everything and this applies only to a believer. If prosperity attends him, he expresses gratitude to Allah and that is good for him; and if adversity befalls him, he endures it patiently and that is better for him.” (Sahih Muslim)ย 

๐ŸŒณ Tips for Mindful Living! ๐Ÿ—ฏ๏ธ

1๏ธโƒฃ Daily Gratitude: Regularly count blessings, big or small, and say โ€˜Alแธฅamdulillฤhโ€™ frequently, acknowledging Allah (SWT)’s blessings.

2๏ธโƒฃ Acts of Kindness: Spread kindness in your community and help those in need.

3๏ธโƒฃ Reflective Living: Find lessons in challenges, stay present, nurture positivity, and trust in the Divine Decree.

4๏ธโƒฃ Prayer & Supplication: Thank Allah (SWT) for guidance and seek forgiveness often.

5๏ธโƒฃ Service & Forgiveness: Serve others and let go of resentments.
