His Prayer & Worship
Muhammad ﷺ – The Best Example.
Hudhayfah (RA) once saw the Prophet ﷺ praying at night with profound devotion. He began with “Allāh is the Greatest” three times and praised Allah as the Possessor of kingdom, grandeur, greatness, and majesty… He offered four rak'ahs of prayer and recited in them Surah al-Baqarah, Aale Imran, an-Nisa, al-Ma'idah, or al-An'am.
(Sunan Abi Dawud)
Standing so long in worship that his blessed feet would swell, the Prophet ﷺ found his deepest comfort in prayer. Even with the weight of the ummah upon him, he ﷺ never compromised on salah; his connection with Allah ﷻ.
How can we adopt this Sunnah?
✨ Let us prioritise salah, approaching each prayer with sincerity and focus. Recite thoughtfully, reflect on the meanings, and seek forgiveness with humility. Let us draw closer to Allah ﷻ by increasing our sujood, just as he ﷺ did.
