School Leadership Program 2023

AlHuda International School’s Leadership Program 2023 was a resounding success, leaving a lasting impact on participants’ personal and professional lives alhamdulillah. This transformative initiative aimed to develop exceptional leaders who could inspire positivechange within their departments, campuses and teams. Through an immersive and comprehensive plan, the program empowered participants with the essential skills, knowledge, and mindset required to navigate challenges, foster growth, and lead with purpose and authenticity.

The program was targeted for Heads of AlHuda International School and AlHuda International Welfare Foundation. AIS leadership from across the nation engaged in a series of four days sessions that covered a wide array of leadership competencies, including strategic thinking, team dynamics, effective communication conflict resolution,and ethical decision-making. Practical exercises, case studies, and real-life simulations provided hands-on experiences to reinforce key concepts and fostercritical thinking.

Based on the theme, “Tazkiya”, the School Leadership program brought in distinguished Islamic Scholars, speakers and thought leaders from various industries to share their leadership insights and experiences. These sessions provided valuable perspectives and motivated participants to strive for excellence in their leadership journey.
