Dhul Hijjah Day 7: His Vision

Pause & Reflect:

Am I praying with a vision beyond myself? Do I include my family, my community, and future generations in my du’as?
Do I place my hope and trust in Allah ﷻ’s mercy and perfect plan?

Action

Today, with hope and sincerity, ask Allah ﷻ to keep you and your family firm in submission to Him, and to bless future generations with steadfast faith and guidance.

Dua

رَبَّنَا وَاجْعَلْنَا مُسْلِمَيْنِ لَكَ وَمِنْ ذُرِّيَّتِنَا أُمَّةً مُسْلِمَةً لَّكَ وَأَرِنَا مَنَاسِكَنَا وَتُبْ عَلَيْنَا ۖ إِنَّكَ أَنتَ التَّوَّابُ الرَّحِيمُ

“Our Lord, and make us Muslims [in submission] to You and from our descendants a Muslim nation [in submission] to You. And show us our rites [of worship] and accept our repentance. Indeed, You are the Accepting of Repentance, the Merciful.”

(Surah Al-Baqarah: 128)
