30. Epic Win

As this Ramadan approaches its end, let’s pledge to do the deeds that take us closer to Jannah.

Let’s pledge to steer clear of all deeds that take us closer to Hell fire.

Let’s pledge to live a life devoted to our Creator and follow the Sunnahs of the beloved Prophet ﷺ.

Let’s pray that we may be saved from the Hell fire by the Mercy of Allah (SWT).

فَمَن زُحْزِحَ عَنِ ٱلنَّارِ وَأُدْخِلَ ٱلْجَنَّةَ فَقَدْ فَازَ ۗ وَمَا ٱلْحَيَوٰةُ ٱلدُّنْيَآ إِلَّا مَتَـٰعُ ٱلْغُرُورِ

“So he who is drawn away from the Fire and admitted to Paradise has attained [his desire]. And what is the life of this world except the enjoyment of delusion.” [Surah Ali ‘Imran: 185]

A life led in absolute submission to Allah a soul that is pleased (raazi) with his Lord and with whom his Lord is pleased, a soul that is not touched by Hell fire – this indeed is the ‘Epic Win’.

As we say goodbye to this beautiful month of Ramadan, let’s pray a comprehensive dua prayed by Rasool Allah (S.A.W):

رَبَّنَآ ءَاتِنَا فِى ٱلدُّنْيَا حَسَنَةً وَفِى ٱلْـَٔاخِرَةِ حَسَنَةً وَقِنَا عَذَابَ ٱلنَّارِ

“Our Lord, give us in this world [that which is] good and in the Hereafter [that which is] good and protect us from the punishment of the Fire.”  [Surah Al-Baqarah: 201]
