Qualification:
🗞️Masters degree or higher

Experience:
➡️ Minimum of 10 years of work experience, with a strong emphasis on teaching, including at least 5 years in successful leadership roles within the education sector. Candidates must demonstrate expertise in integrating Islamic values within the academic curriculum and exhibit proficiency in leadership across all educational levels, spanning Montessori, Primary, Secondary, and A-levels.

Additional Requirements:
✔️Exceptional customer focus, fostering positive relationships with diverse stakeholders, including students, staff, parents, and administration.
✔️Up-to-date knowledge of the education industry, trends and issues.
✔️Experience in ensuring Islamic principles with academic education.
✔️Robust management, leadership, and communication skills evident in effectively leading teams and chairing meetings.
✔️Proficiency in abstract reasoning, problem-solving, and analytical skills for training, evaluation, and program development.
✔️Strong organizational skills for prioritization, planning, and delegation, ensuring tasks are carried out efficiently.
✔️Ability to uphold a positive image of the school and its ethos.
✔️Proficiency in IT skills, multitasking, and time management.
✔️Capacity to work long hours, under pressure, and meet deadlines proficiently.
✔️Graduates of Al-Huda Institute will be preferred
