LEADER IN ME | Staff Development 2023
AlHuda International School, in collaboration with Franklin Covey, has introduced the ‘Leader in Me’ initiative, designed to foster a high-trust school environment where teachers empower students as leaders, driving positive global impact and establishing the basis for lasting academic success. 🌟
As part of the School Induction Program 2023, ‘Leader in Me’ was set in motion across four AIS campuses this year: H-11 (Islamabad), CBR (Islamabad), Clifton (Karachi), and DHA (Karachi), through a 3 day intensive training.
Alḥamdulillāh, the training session was highly successful with promising outcomes. With professional trainers employing diverse engagement techniques, participants practiced and internalized core skills taught in the program, ensuring seamless integration into their professional lives.
Through these and a series of Professional Development Programs along with regular Trabiyah Sessions, we foster the development of our staff helping them in the process of continuous improvement In Shā Allāh. By employing proper modeling and fostering a culture of engaged, capable students, the training’s advantages will In Shā Allāh extend to the grass roots level.
