Qura’nic & Masnoon Du’as | Day 13
رَبَّنَا ھَبْ لَنَا مِنْ اَزْوَاجِنَا وَذُرِّيَّاتِنَا قُرَّةَ اَعْيُنٍ وَّاجْعَلْنَا لِلْمُتَّقِيْنَ اِمَامًا
اے ہمارے رب! ہمیں اپنی بیویوں اور اولاد سے آنکھوں کی ٹھنڈک عطا فرما اور ہمیں متقین کا امام بنا۔
Our Rabb, grant us from among our wives and offspring comfort to our eyes and make us an example for the righteous.
(Surah Al-Furqan: 74)
Ya Allah, make my family one from whom I derive solace and joy- for my spouse to be the remover of my worries and my children to be the coolness of my eye- that when I think of them, my heart is filled with serenity and when I look at them my eyes become cool beyond words.
Ya Allah, together as a family, make us follow the path of the blessed ones, make us have taqwa- not just me but my future generations. Make us; me, my family & lineage, R A C E towards Jannah and eventually make that the final abode for all of us to be together,close to You. Ameen
