Qura’nic & Masnoon Du’as | Day 27
َللّٰهُمَّ انْفَعْنِیْ بِمَا عَلَّمْتَنِیْ وَعَلِّمْنِیْ مَا یَنْفَعُنِیْ وَزِدْنِیْ عِلْمًا
اے ﷲ ! مجھے فائدہ دے اس کے ساتھ جو تو نے مجھے سکھایا ہے اور مجھے سکھا جو میرے لیے فائدہ مند ہے اور میرے علم میں اضافہ فرما۔
O Allah! benefit me through what You taught me and teach me what is beneficial for me and increase me in knowledge.
(Sunan Ibn Majah)
Ya Allah! Whatever of knowledge that I gain, make it a means of me getting close to You. Give me tawfeeq to act upon the knowledge that You have enabled me to acquire. Don’t make it a source of regret and sorrow on the Day of Judgement for lack of acting upon it.
Ya Allah, You are the All-Knowing, from Your treasures of Knowledge, teach me that which will truly benefit me. Make me understand Deen, acquire the knowledge that helps me worship You in a better way, which helps to increase Taqwa in me, which helps me develop the criterion within me for good and bad. Give me a deep understanding of Yourself as well as Your characteristics.
Ilm is khair, grant me more of this khair. Rabbi Zidni Ilma. Allah, the All Knowing, increase me in knowledge. Ameen
