Qura’nic & Masnoon Du’as | Day 15
َرَبَّنَآ اَتْمِمْ لَنَا نُوْرَنَا وَاغْفِرْ لَنَا ۚ اِنَّكَ عَلَی كُلِّ شَیْئٍ قَدِيْر
اے ہمارے رب! ہمارا نور ہمارے لیے مکمل کر دے اور ہماری بخشش فرما، بے شک تو ہر چیز پر قدرت رکھنے والا ہے۔
Our Rabb, perfect for us our light and forgive us. Indeed, You are over all things competent.
(Surah At-Tahrim: 8)
The Light of the Heavens & the Earth Ya Allah! Complete for me my nur. Allah- let me lead a life in the light of Your guidance, Ya Allah bless me with light when I would need it most on Pul Siraat (the Bridge of Siraat) – please don’t let my light fade or flickr. My Rabb, illuminate my path in Dunya with guidance and righteousness and on the bridge of Siraat, grant me light – the light I need to take me to Jannah. Ya Allah choose me from being amongst the blessed people mentioned in Surah Hadeed, verse 12:
“On the Day you see the believing men and believing women, their light proceeding before them and on their right, [it will be said], “Your good tidings today are [of] gardens beneath which rivers flow, wherein you will abide eternally.” That is what is the great attainment.”
Ya Allah, with Your infinite Mercy, please forgive me. Ameen.
