Qura’nic & Masnoon Du’as | Day 25
اَنِّیْ مَسَّنِیَ الضُّرُّ وَاَنْتَ اَرْحَمُ الرّٰحِمِیْنَ
(اے رب! ) بے شک مجھے تکلیف پہنچی ہے اور تو رحم کرنے والوں میں سب سے بڑھ کر رحم کرنے والا ہے۔
Indeed, adversity has touched me, and you are the Most Merciful of the merciful.
(Surah Al-Anbya: 83)
Ya Allah, today I ask you the same dua that was made by Prophet Ayyub (AS). At the peak of his hardship – he called on to You by saying that harm has touched him. You know what I am going through, You are aware of my pain, the tests that I undergo, challenges in my life, the hurt I feel, the sorrow I have- You are the Most Merciful.
Just like You responded beautifully to Ayyub (AS), relieved him of his pain, granted back what was taken away from him from family, finances, health and in fact doubled all the blessings, I too am hopeful that my Dua will indeed be answered. My Rabb! grant me patience until the time You accept my dua.
Today, when I call on to You, I know You are the Most Merciful. O my Rabb, have Mercy on me
يا ارحم الراحمين
